by Nate BerkelThe trick to a simple BS BS is a good athletic stance with your knees bent and your arms slightly forward to keep you balanced and your momentum going forward with the slide. Stack your head over your shoulders over your hips over your knees over your ankles. Line up to the take off with enough distance to pick up the right amount of speed to carry you to the end of the rail. Olie onto the rail and rotate your head, shoulders and hips to align your board across the rail, right between both feet. As soon as you’ve locked on, keep looking at the end of the rail, not at your feet. Spot your landing and stomp it. Style it out with an easy finish to fakie or take off in switch stance and bring it to regular at the landing.
