Robert Randolph will kick off the Bud Light Hi Fi Concert Series Thanksgiving weekend at the base of Aspen Mountain. The Grammy nominated band continues an exciting weekend as Aspen/Snowmass celebrates 40 years of world cup ski racing with the annual Aspen Winternational Women's World Cup. The races start on Friday and continue through the weekend on Aspen Mountain.

The five-man group GALACTIC, New Orleans based funk band - will join the line up of the Bud LIght Hi Fi series in Snowmass during Presidents weekend on Feb. 15, 2009.

The band started out over a decade ago as an instrumental act in the tradition of the Meters, the JB's, and Booker T. & the MG's. Galactic is no stranger to Aspen/Snowmass having played several shows at The Belly-Up in Aspen and on the stage of Jazz Aspen Snowmass.
